HELY TOWER consists in a column with a raising crown which rotates either in a clockwise and counter-clockwise direction it bears 8 helicopter shaped gondolas. Each helicopter offers place for 4 passengers (2 adults and 2 kids) and raises about 12 m. from the ground.
